Sure I saw a post earlier disappear and, It said HE VISITS GLP EVERYDAY, say hello people. Id say I doubt it because he doesnt do much, Bieber more likely.

I would say he is the real deal and many performers know about media manipulation But how do you convince every person of this when the said performer has to use the media to reach you.

Also a lot of the public is full retarded.

This post is in him favour of the people, this is the most likely, because the said manipulation techniques are already well known to the manipulators and its the product that does the manipulating. But I stick with what I said, I dont think hes trying to enlighten people against brainwashing or working for the government. Just showing people theres more to live and our own minds. Hopefully it gets people thinking instead of reacting.

As far as exposing manipulation, I prefer his approach over, say, the Amazing Randi's.

I was really intrigued how he got those 6 or 8 people to steel form the armored car guy.... it was something to watch.

The best thing about Derren is that he does some amazingly freaky shit and gets people all worked up thinking wow he's magic or something. Then he explains his tricks in detail and makes everyone look like the tards that they are.
Imagine if he didn't reveal his tricks, a heap of people on here would be convinced he is a demon alien reptilian messiah when in fact he is just one very smart dude.
Having read a few of his books, I think he is trying to reveal just how strong the sheep mentality is in society and encourages the more intelligent amongst us to not fall victim to the mass manipulation forced by media, governments and educational institutions.
He also has a very warped and twisted sense of humour which I just love!
