I noticed in the recent M class solar flare is an extreme heaviness, and shortness of breath. It has begun abut 2pm January 19-th Hawaiian Time, which is about 12am January 19 Universal Time (UT)
It went on and on during the day till my bf arrived and he gave me a full body sensual massage:-)...nothing sexual, I must add; just caressing towards the 3 chakra. After the first 5 minutes my breathing went back to normal, and since then I feel all right.
