After reading Raj Patel's bio on Wiki, he does seem to fit the bill. He is born and raised in London and has a darker skin tone. He also speaks to much of the world crises that Maitreya and Benjamin Creme speak of.

I don't have that photo in front of me right now but the only supposed photo of Maitreya is from over a decade ago and that photo is of a man who looks like he's in his 30's or 40's. Raj Patel appears to be in his early 30's. I would expect to see maybe a little gray but instead Raj appears YOUNGER than the Maitreya photographed over 10 years ago (?)

Also, my feeling all along about Benjamin Creme has been that he's a scam. He is his own false prophet.
