I never said HAARP cannot be used for weather manipulation, but compared to the scales and energies of the universe and solar system which create weather, it's just an expensive toy. Ozone is destroyed and created constantly, although destroyed is not the right term to use. Lightning creates ozone, all sparks do, hence the ozone smell. People can't grasp the energies of the universe because the numbers are so large it's outside most people's understanding...

HAARP can only create localized weather disturbances but EQs as you can see in the scale are extremely powerful... Ionospheric heaters can barely create short lived aurora! So I am still waiting on real proof that HAARP can cause a massive EQ. This is exactly why information is kept from you, you people leap to conclusions outside your understanding. Just like EISCAT did not have the energy to create the spiral in Norway, HAARP does not have the energies require to create EQs. Unless they they have some power source we don't know about, as in harnessing the energy from the universe. Then maybe they can re-direct the energy to a location of their choosing. That's a big IF however and no proof I know of to support it.

You should focus not on HAARP but rather what it is focused on! Don't you see they're probing these high-ultra high energy events to see what happens and what the effects on Earth are? Do you understand what the ionosphere is? It's plasma... our atmospheric gases in the state of plasma, not as much as the magnetosphere however but still enough. We're all human beings, we should all be on the same "side". The side of truth, the reality, the universe.
