OK thats a valid question. The answer is that besides satellites, and intensive motoring of all types of radio communications. The USA has many other national technical means of getting it's own intelligence, quite independently of the IDF. There are several thousands of American military advisers in Israel so I think that you can fairly say that it is independent intelligence information.

While, they were the same people who died in droves while the USA gave billions of dollars of defense aid to Israel and funded the war machine that deprived them of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
