Okay, I know I'm not the first one to think of this. In fact, there are several old threads comparing the two, including this one with a funny YouTube video of him inserted into the Cleavon Little role:
Thread: Blazing Obama I was just thinking of the intention of the bad guy in the movie, Heddy Lamar (Harvey Corman), who only wanted to install Bart because he was "so offensive that his very appearance would drive them off."
Of course, in the movie, it backfired, because Bart did a good job and won the support of the people. In real life, many of the zombies who voted for him are starting to turn against him. I'm seeing all sorts of support lately for more radical-thinking Congresscritters who are the antithesis of Obama's liberal, black-skin-having ways.
Let's just project ourselves into the secret underground planning chamber, where the Queen, the Pope, Rahm Emanuel, the frozen head of Colonel Sanders and the Reptilian Ambassador were chewing it over:

Queen: Quite right, Popey-poo! And what's more offensive to the American Public than a black president? Why, they'll run for cover as soon as they see him!"
Reptilian Ambassador: Yessss, and we'll ssssee to it that he sssscrewsss up the country ssso bad that the dumb voters will take ANYONE in his placccce.
Emanuel: And we'll be ready to inssssert our ssstraw man candidate at that point...the anti-chrisssst who will help ussss take over the world!!!
