He wanted to join the clergy and never mentioned the premonitions and dreams that frequented his adolescence. By age thirteen he knew things and people came to him for advice. He was visited by a some members of the government once but he hid his mind, his powers, and told them nothing.
An IQ test revealed a score of 217. He shared what bountiful gifts he had. His teachers doted on him so. His classmates feared him. He had an emotional tic that which nearly shorted out nearby electrical equipment when activated. Oddly, it happened only during a waning gibbous moon.
Why he chose the smallest of monestaries in an isolated region of France, or rather, why he even elected to be a monk has always evaded the most careful researchers.
What is know about Him comes from an uncle Victor employed in the local vineyards. Victor says the Church forbade his revealing to the World what his nephew told him. He has received no death threats formally, however, eight of his siblings have died from self-inflicted gun shot wounds...each of them having been shot thrice.
Victor does not fear the Church and presses on to reveal this important message:
This message is 45 years old but not a minute too late:
The Prophecies of Ethan Rexala Vitus ( 1965 ):
Soon the Angel shows me the New World will suffer some type of violence from mad turks causing 4,000 people to die as their double palaces come smashing into the ground after the shiny eagles have struck them.
A war will arrive on the Babylonian plains while one leader of the mad turks will be jerked clean off his heels another hides in subterranean recesses until Shiloh comes.
The Angel gives me wheat and says measure her for there is much Famine to be accomplished. A bushel goes for an ounce of Gold as the World beneath a great burden awaits capitulation and all the hands in the New World are idle begging bread
(there are too many to list...I just though these three were pretty interesting) |

Here are some more predictions related to this modern Era: When the Dragon awakens from her millenial slumber and innocuous swarms from the equator flow north to feed, then the wise fool will be crowned king under Betelgeuse and a timely helical appears in the realm of the Aurora. The Angel brings me a smoking Chalice and tells me, "Douse thy victuals in this Aqueous Hearth and prepare to Eat thy Neighbor. For their Flesh wears not. Their eyes do not go dim. To fleeing bodies go Crawlers in Masquerade and the Tares will burn for Subterfuge. The Crescent bears the Sickle. Urso devours Hell's boot." |
