Anyone Else Fighting the Battle of the Bulge?
Okay, this has gone too far!

I really went crazy over Valentine's week on the chocolates.

I must have gained 10 pounds.

Add that to the 10 pounds I gained over Christmas.

Add that to the 10 pounds I gained when I stopped doing physical work last autumn.

I am seriously not liking my waistline any more!

Anyone have any good Weight Loss tips?

When I hit 33 I had the same problem. I couldn't control my apetite and would binge. This isn't natural at all. Your body when it gets the proper food will tell you when it has enough.

What worked for me was cutting almost all fructose and other refined sugars out of my diet. This means avoiding all that processed crap that tastes so good and is easy to perpare and eat. Most of the food you eat should have come from a plant that grew out of the earth. I also quit eating meat, but I really think the most important thing is not eating all the crap they put in processed food. Refined sugar and flour etc.

That's true. I've already lost all desire to eat sugar or chocolate.

I just got home from the grocery store with a load of veggies, juices, parsley, goji juice, etc.

That's all I want now.

"The Amazing Liver and Gall Bladder Cleanse"
by Andreas Moritz
Excellent book and by the way, it works

Based on 1 week no meat or dairy each month, etc......

I ate too much while on vacation at wisconsin dells last week.. but I've also started weight lifting so I'm gaining muscle along with fat.

I'll slim down the fat by summer.

weight loss tips.. eat less, get exercise, build muscle, and eat for your blood type.

Each blood type has different dietary preferences. O blood types do well with high protein, low carbs. Other blood types are more tolerant of carbohydrates along with lean meats and fish but don't do so well with very high protein or fatty meats.

Diets do not work. Willpower is not the way to lose weight. It never works for the long run. Eat what people ate before we became a nation of fatasses. Lot's of stuff they grew in their gardens and orchards.
