Art has actually helped me with the whole doom thing. His light approach and skepticism that it's right now helps me maintain sanity.

He does not think it will never be true, but it certainly wasn't within weeks two years ago.

I wish I had a potato launcher, or flamethrower, on the front of my car. You should catch all the glaucoma-glasses seniors driving crazy here. Take your life in your hands driving a mile to the store.

They actually wait next to a deserted street until they see a car coming, at which time they make a huge unwieldy turn right in front of the oncoming car.
