Thor's Hamster User ID: 1248699 United States 11/06/2012 07:36 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Far-right loon-a-trons hated Ron Paul more than ANYone did. The reason they hated him so much was because Ron Paul's principles EXPOSED the far-righties for the hypocrites they were. Quoting: Thor's Hamster Ron Paul said that we can't continue to spend like we are (and that includes for "defense", and especially these wars of imperialism. Why are we in Afghanistan again? And for 11 years and counting). He held up a mirror and the far-right loon-a-trons were forced to look at themselves, and they didn't like what they saw. But instead of reconciling their hypocrisy within themselves, they attacked Dr. Paul. Ron Paul was the last, best hope for a United States of America that follows its mandate -- the U.S. Constitution. It's similar to the story of Jesus. Jesus held up a mirror for the elite of his day and his land to look at themselves. And instead of reconciling their hypocrisy within themselves and changing, they attacked the external threat -- Jesus. The ones who are most vitriolic in their hate for someone are those for whom that person poses the greatest challenge to the monopoly on power they hold. Jesus said, "How can you do A, B, and C, when the Bible says to do D, E, and F?" He used the Bible (the word of God, as far as he and the people of Israel were concerned) to point out the shortcomings of the Jewish religious hierarchy of his day. Dr. Ron Paul did the same thing. He said, "How can you do A, B, and C, when the U.S. Constitution says the federal government can only do D, E, and F?" He used the U.S. Constitution to point out the short comings of the U.S. federal government. Namely the TENTH AMENDMENT to the U.S. Constitution: Powers not granted to the federal government by the Constitution, mor prohibited to the States, are reserved to the States or the people. No, I dislike him because he's slowly turning America into a Gestapo police state ! The NDAA and other executives orders Hussein has issued are just the beginning, I won't be surprised to see Sharia Law in the US at the end of another 4 years of Obummer ! I really do no want American lives to be lost in any conflict, despite what you might think of me I am a huge supporter of the US and it makes by blood boil whenever I hear that a US soldier has been killed by the barbarians in Afghanistan or Iraq ! |

OP please correct me if i am wrong. now for the questions: without unions 11 year olds would still be working 12 hour days . would you be willing to go back to that and other similar scenarios? If you work your ass off for a small construction company that does not provide any healthcare because they dont have a big enough budget. Working full time you make just enough for you to buy either insurance , which is shit anyway, or to put food on the table for your family. your choice its simple. food or insurance. now lets say you hypothetically break your back and are paralyzed. At this point would you apply for gov. aide or would you lie helpless in poverty with your pride intact? last one: monsanto; an evil company who has major influence over the gov. and specifically Department of Agriculture and the drug and food administration .since they control the agencies who are supposed to regulate them they are really opperating under a free market system. they poison our food and destroy our land and put farmers out in the street. Is regulation still unnecessary in this situation? |

Turnout is about 10X normal, overwhelmingly Romney voters The x factor NO ONE is talking about, but is a real factor in this election is how PISSED OFF disenchanted voters are! These are the tea party folks, and JUST LIKE the 2010 sweep, the Dems are going to be taken by surprise and overtaken by the amount of votes ROmney gets. The overwhelming numbers in early voting proves it - essentially OVER 50% of registered voters have already voted. What does that tell me? It tells me what I already know: I COULDN'T WAIT TO VOTE and get this USURPER OUT OF OFFICE. I'm sure I'm not alone. |
