not sure when it goes into effect. It may be cheaper to just pay the fine every year. Than to take insurance.

64 yrs. old unemployed, only income is $800 a month retirement income. From that I pay my rent, food, utilities, auto expense each month. What is the cheapest Plan? I checked online and those Premiums are outrageous.

When I checked online they want my name, address, phone number. I cannot afford making stupid calls. I rather just read their quoted prices.

The gov is going to own each one of us in a couple of years. My husband is a self employed barber, making less money each year since we married 3 years ago (because no one can afford haircuts anymore!)...But anyway, we usually owe about 3,000 a year in taxes. Add to that our fines, so now maybe 7,000 a year. We might pay off 2000 before next year's taxes are added. So, now we have 5,000 plus the new year's tax of 7,000 which equals 12,0000. You do the math, and in a couple of years, are taxes are going to be SO GREAT THAT WE WILL NEVER GET OUT OF THE HOLE AND THE GOV IS GOING TO OWN US!!!!! This is going to happen to EVERY AMERICAN, not just our family. Goodbye America.....remember the song Obama had playing during his inauguration? Shouldnt you have to work for the money and things you get?

They reward the cant find a job, or won't find a job, person and penalize the person who does work by making them pay their own health insurance and then on top of that they say if you dont get health insurance they will fine you ..but they dont fine the person who doesnt work...again...ass backwards.
This is just another way to suck every penny out of hard working people to pay off the federal debt, and then allot of the laws won't even take effect till after the next Presidential election! And i am sure that Obama will not get re elected and the Dems who are now in office will get the boot sooner, come local election time.
Of course, Obama will pass the Illegal aliens bill and all of Mexico will come flooding into America for free health care and college ...at our expense...so he can try and win his next term by having all the illegals vote for him.
I can say one thing for sure, when Obama is done with this country it is going to take a whole lot to turn it around again, but i can assure you that everyone i know is saying that they will never vote for a Democrat again and some are even going to change parties. That also goes for the Republicans who are really Dems in sheeps clothing.

Its said all us Americans must have Health Insurance or be fined or put in prison if we do not get it. Now, how do they expect homeless folks or the unemployed to pay monthly Premiums? Wouldn't it be cheaper and fair to just take a percentage of ones monthly income towards a Health Insurance Plan?

I heard that allot of doctors said that if the health care bill passed they were going to stop practicing medicine in the U.S. and go elsewhere.

I saw something to that end if their kids didn't get vaccinated (which is a requirement for health care), and they got no care cause of it, they could take them away so yeah.....they have total control.

Someone said that with the new government run health care you only get $5,ooo.oo a year for healthcare if your single and $20,000.00 a year for a family of 4.
If so, that isnt near enough to cover everyday medical expenses for a person, you break your leg and thats it, you have to have surgery on that leg and stay in the hospital for a couple of days..you end up with a huge bill that you are liable for.What the heck kind of health care is that?
