Take a look next time you are there (and you know you go there even if its just for that new tasty frap!) The people with the headsets are not the same as the person that originally took your order. (at least around here)

Soon it will require a college degree (2 years) to get that call center job.

Turns out they only experimented with India but do have call-centers in the Phillipines and Lebanon.
