Almost every boy and girl are born with 2. For those that need extra stopping power, hands and large wooden paddles work well. Newpaper for those that love the ol' "POP!" sound as you smack 'em off a wall or table top. And for the crazy among you, new .223 Federal Rounds, for your AR-15. For the rugged that spare none. |

I used a professional exterminator last time, a few years ago, when the last extended thingo happened and they were back within a week. He came back again , redid it and refused to come a third time when they came back yet again. I just know this is outbreak is like the last one. |

Kills them dead. I used this stuff on new apartment construction, and believe me it works. If it gets wet, you have to re-apply it, otherwise, it lasts forever. It doesn;t poison the roaches it gets caught on their legs, and when they groom themselves it breaks down their shell. Last Edited by arosebyanyothername on 04/23/2010 07:16 AM |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 725896be liberal with it, and pour it everywhere you see them... leave it down until you don't see them anymore... 1 month and your Roach problem is a moot point... Oh thanks, hope this works for sure. I'm going nuts here. So Boric Acid it is. I'll buy some tomorrow. Any more suggestions for things I should buy while I'm out tomorrow? |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 950869 New Zealand 04/23/2010 07:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | BLEACH, even just the smell of it makes them turn on their backs and perish, just spread it over the floor or if you know where the roaches are concentrated like behind or in the back of a fridge put bleach in the general vicinity. If you put bleach under a fridge or appliance it will kill all of them. It works fast and efficient and it's CHEAP trust me I have experience |

BRIEF AND TO THE POINT User ID: 950497 United States 04/23/2010 07:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Roaches are gods creatures too...they have a right to live...meh fuck it, just call an exterminator... Poor people do poor people things, and rich people do rich people things. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it! when you rob Paul to give to Peter ... ... ... you will always get Peters support! :Brieffromnativea: |

A landlord I work for bought some chemicals to spray his houses with to get rid of roaches, he bought it at a farm supply store . He made the mistake of NOT watering it down and yes the roaches died within two days except he became very sick for a week do to the over exposure to the chemicals. It has been almost a year and have not seen a bug, roach or fly in that house..LOL Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. Joker User ID: 902133 United States 04/23/2010 07:53 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | [link to en.wikipedia.org] :5: Boric acid was first registered in the US as an insecticide in 1948 for control of cockroaches, termites, fire ants, fleas, silverfish, and many other insects.[12] It acts as a stomach poison affecting the insects' metabolism, and the dry powder is abrasive to the insects' exoskeleton. Boric acid is generally considered to be safe to use in household kitchens to control cockroaches and ants. Homemade ant bait can be made by dissolving 1 teaspoon powdered boric acid and 10 teaspoons sugar into 2 cups (~ 500 mL) of water; this mixture can then be absorbed into cotton balls which are left near ant trails. This reportedly will be carried back into the ants' nest, killing any ants that eat it, potentially destroying the entire colony[citation needed]. Boric acid is also made into a paste or gel form as a powerful and effective insecticide much safer to humans than many other insecticides. The paste or gel has attractants in it to attract insects. The boric acid slowly causes dehydration. Last Edited by Joker on 04/23/2010 07:53 AM |

I put this on wax paper or inside bottle caps. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 515273You could use this for roaches too I suppose. Keep away from animals. Yeah, no worries. No kids and only a cat who is a really fussy eater who wouldn't touch the stuff here. |
