Let's give the lowest possible figure IMO, say 15,000 bbd, at 25 days (to "self arrest"). That's 375,000 barrels or 15,750,000 gallons. Valdez was 10.8 million gallons. And Prince William Sound was a much more hardy environment than the Gulf marshlands. This is a disaster without doubt...
