Its obvious that the underseas robotic technology to stop a leak like this exists only in theory. All they really got is relief wells to stop this thing. BP's response has been piss poor. The government ought to fund and provide resources to a team of engineers to design a custom robotic sub that can stop the leak. The two relief wells are too vulnerable to failure, hurricanes, etc. We need another solution.
