There are no more excuses. Surely God will be as merciful as possible and as just as necessary; we can trust him to decide who didn't have a genuine opportunity to hear the gospel. It's pointless for us to speculate on this. Instead, our task is to make sure as many people as possible hear the gospel and can make a fully-informed choice.

God will not force himself on anyone, so when we pray for some people to be saved, we are not praying for God to override their free will but simply to bring about circumstances that will help persuade them.

I'm trying to talk to other Christians because I have been hurt so bad by a family conflict with my sister and I am very angry and don't want to forgive her, but I don't feel like I have any choice and I am really upset. God help me. Please pray for me. I keep asking God for Peace and Grace to forgive her, but the anger is still in my heart against her.

I thought it was based on take a number. Conception was when Jesus and John were written into the book of life.

Forgiveness is for those who repent:
Luke 17:4
Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.

God forgives only those who repent, and we are to forgive as God does. This does not mean we are to harbor bitterness and be unwilling to forgive, but that those who sin must be held to account, just as God holds us to account. Otherwise we enable and encourage sin, because there are no consequences. Fellowship is not automatic; some have to be excluded if they refuse to repent.

Sometimes anger is not supposed to go away, especially if your body is in danger of being injured. In an abusive relationship all sorts of excuses are used to justify 'conflict' when all it does is all ow the conflict to reach a new level. The direction it is on will tell you pretty quickly how it will most likely end.

Family isn't associated with sainthood, use the same standards you use in choosing friends, if they are dysfunctional back up a few steps.
The hard part is proving that is not you who is the cause of the conflict. Being mad for a long time and bringing it up as often as you see the other person may mean you have trouble stepping away from a bad relationship.

Why do you doubt that he will?

For the wicked generation, he would offer only one miracle. He wouldn't perform even any small miracle or healing to give faith to the faithless. In effect, he told them to go to hell. He would offer them only the Sign of Jonah. Most Christians who don't read their scripture very carefully, presume, because some priest told them, that he was referring to his resurrection.

Jonah went to hell, which the Hebrews conceived to be at the bottom of the ocean. There in the belly of a beast, he prayed hard for three days, and God released him. Don't imagine that it will be easy to pray hard for three days in hell. (Imagine all those devils with pitchforks, if it helps.)

He could not have meant his resurrection, because only his faithful followers saw him resurrected. That was not his miracle for the faithless and wicked. Their miracle will be when Jesus lets them out of hell, if they pray like Jonah.

That is the sign of Jonah.

So at 8 lies a day you don't have to forgive them? At that level they won't be repenting 7 times a day, then what do you do?
These are the rules for the Church and how they should handle a member who sins but does not repent that sin. The result is to put some distance between you and them. The 'do not judge' is applied to when you meet 'strangers', greet them as a friend however if that changes you are 'allowed' to stop the association after a repair fails to fix things.

What about the ones sent to hell, they are the ones in the most danger yet they remain in hell behind a locked door when the judgment comes along that sends beings to the fiery lake. Saved in that the next event is for beings that start eternity with God, when the gates are unlocked they are given clean white robes. It gets better when those men step into the new earth a mist of living water comes out of new Jerusalem and all the flesh that ever lived on this earth is restored to an eternal life in the new earth. Eternal in that if men fail to give them food and water they will die.

That would include these sparrows.

How you feeling, hon?

Well this morning I woke up with a 98.3 temp, and by the afternoon it was 99.8. I am still weak, and not feeling the best.

I do have something interesting to tell you. A Novena/crusade prayer group that meets every sunday night at 6:30 pm put their prayer intentions for my healing (I found this out this morning). Well around 7 pm last night, I felt most of my symptoms break apart for several hours. This is cool!

Praise God!

Unfortunately this morning, my temp was back up to 101.0. Guess Jesus can't help me or hear my prayers for some reason. :(......

I am tired of being sick.

It's not always our timing. Good will come of this.

I do believe he can do this.

But the problem is people do not believe in him the Great I AM.. They do not repent and change their ways.. God will save those who go to him..

I do not want to be forced to go to my quack doctor. I don't think husband has the money for this thank God but if he were able to raise it, I still do NOT want to go to the family doctor. I can't do antibiotics.

Thanks for the info. I do have some colloidal silver, but not near enough to cure what I had. I had been taking small doses of it on and off.

What helped me was finding my little bottle of Thieve's oil. I used it on the bottoms of my feet, three times yesterday, and put a drop or two on each wrist (inhaling deeply). My fever broke over night :D

If I could have just found my thieve's oil a little sooner!! Next time I get an illness, this stuff is going on my body right away!!!

The Lord will ONLY save those who WANT to be saved.

Remember the criminals on the cross? One wanted to be saved, and as a result said to Jesus:

“Lord [which means, God or Jehovah] remember me when You come into Your kingdom. And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.” [Luke 23:42,43]

One criminal saw Jesus Christ as his Lord and God, with the power to save him from eternal damnation, and as a result did NOT die in his sins.

"you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins." [John 8:24]

The other criminal saw Jesus as an ordinary man like himself and died in his sins. He did not go into Paradise, for he chose to make hell his dwelling place!

Many laugh at, and mock the Lord Jesus Christ, even here on GLP. They will all die in their sins IF they don't repent from their sins and acknowledge the Lord's Divinity.

The choice whether to mock or acknowledge the Lord is really ours.

The Lord is not going to save those who reject and mock Him even if 6.5 billion souls have chosen to do so. So don't waste your time praying for them.

OP it's a wonderful thing God put this on your heart. There is nothing more like our Father than to love our enemies and pray for them to be saved. Paul even wrote this. It is the will of God that all men be saved (1 Timothy 2:4), and God's will will be done (Isa. 46:10, Rom. 9:19).


God is the Great I AM and he is in complete control of all. His will be done. His creation is not lost. Churches never teach on the Consummation, the last part of God's plan for his entire creation, both that on earth and in heaven.

This doesn't automatically mean they repented, neither does it mean they didn't continue to live wicked lives afterwards.

My lord and savior Jesus Christ, the merciful son of god does not want us to burn in hell. He loves us, as we are his sons and the creation of the lord almighty. It would make sense that when he cometh, there will be no doubt of his power, wraith and love for his creatures here on earth.

I believe even those whom would otherwise be apposed to the faith will realize upon the second coming of Jesus will feel his love. Those who have any love in their heart whatsoever will accept his glory. And upon doing so, will be saved in his name.

This does not mean sin now, repent later. We're not perfect, but we should strive to walk the path of the lord and accept him into our hearts.. and when that day comes.. we will be accepted into the kingdom of heaven.

That's my two cents.
