What the red wine does, is draw some serious toxins out of your gums, then you spit them onto the paper towel, and let the foam fade away and you will see a LOT of black specks. Your doctor should know about this.

Do a GLP search for OIL PULLING. It is swishing oil through your teeth much like this, only for 30 minutes. It removes impurities from your blood stream because the gums are constantly fed by the blood stream. So the gums represent the entire blood stream in a way, in this way.

SO swishing juice like this regularly might be a way to expel a lot of these toxins from the body.

This test for Morgellons is a little more complicated than OP's, but is probably a lot more accurate:

Red Wine Spit Test

Materials needed:

Plastic bathroom cups
3% peroxide
Merlot red wine
Measuring spoons
Toothbrush/tooth paste
Watch or clock for timing

Procedure:

Brush well and rinse thoroughly
Mix 2 teaspoons Merlot red wind with 1 tsp. peroxide
Rinse mouth vigorously, all over with wine and peroxide for 5 minutes, then swish.
Spit all into the bathroom cup

Look for fibers that look like wet tobacco

OPTION:

Ad 91% Isopropyl alcohol to remove red wine pigment. The fibers float like a jelly fish on top of the alcohol.

I bought the wine, just haven't done this yet.
