Message Subject Would a mature woman date a 22 year old guy if they had the chance?

I can only speak for myself, and I'm a 41 year old woman.

I definitely would NOT be interested in dating someone in their 20's. I've got a 20 year old daughter, as well as a 14 and 13 yr old. I have been heavily invested in my children since their births, and do not care to take on another adult child, even if it would be for "fun".

It is my opinion that women (and men) who do find interest in the younger (often times MUCH younger) severely lack in self-discipline, self-esteem, security, and are fearing growing old. Myself, I am growing old gracefully and contently.

I find it very disturbing that someone much older would seek out someone much younger. If it happened solely by chance, without ANY intentions of it happening, that would be different, but purposeful seeking of a much younger mate is only another marker to detect where we are in our sick society (imho).

Seriously.
You're 40.
You are content to grow old gracefully.
50 years of being alone growing old gracefully.
You don't want to go out and have fun or make love all night or listen to music or go hiking with a guy?
That is what younger guys do that older guys do not.
Eating at a restaurant and watching TV for 50 years is just not my cup of tea !
Being alone every night reading novels has never been fun to me !
Do people ever get skin hunger, or only us sensitive ones?
9 years of celibacy and loneliness can really make one think about what one is missing. I'm not afraid to grow old, I am tired of being treated like I'm old.
peace.
