Costners Machines to be used to lift Moratorium on Gulf Drilling | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1008445 Greece 06/19/2010 11:32 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So we went to Gary Chouest, who is now looking into working with Edison Chouest to put together a plan to put on the President's desk, where by August 31st, he would deploy V20s with support vessels, with each of the 33 deepwater rigs that are in the Gulf of Mexico that are currently shut down. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 994279So along with the 32 V20's to be deployed, an additional 33 will be then manufactured to accompany the existing rigs. Why? These 33 rigs deep water rigs are now going to pull anchor, and they're going to go to Brazil and Africa (and we've already gotten reports). So this is a major problem. Gary Chouest told me that he may potentially have to lay off 4,000 employees. That's just one company. So let me get this straight. The deal means that INITIALLY 32 will be deployed for 'clean up' purposes. It is estimated that by August 1st production capacity should be at 10 per week. So of the projected 40 units for the month of August, 33 of those units will be used to stand by the remaining rigs. Why? This is the outcome if the moratorium is not lifted. If these rigs leave, they're not coming back. They're gone. This is a problem for all of us, and it's a very serious problem, I believe, for the Obama administration. [link to www.ngoilgas.com] I smell oil So..33 rigs will need 32 machines by 31st of August? |

I thought Kevin Costner was a decent guy He is all about money, imo. I remember many years ago he was whining coz he bought up all the beachfront So. Cal property he could then lost his ass when the market crashed. I was thinking "STFU, if only everyone had your "problems" douchebag!" Anyway, thanks for posting this OP. |

[link to www.ngoilgas.com] I smell oil Unintentional blowouts. Mandatory drilling for equalizing pressures of destabilizing deposits that might start destabilizing like a domino after Macondo collapses. They may have to drill again to save the gulf in case Macondo gets angry. 33 rigs in the Gulf and god knows how many more drilling locations and deposits, ARE A LOT. Everything underneath th Gulf is probably oil. I would think the entire Gulf is huge bubbles of oil trapped beneath the regolith. |

The V20 CIP centrifuge has a 20" (50.8 cm) diameter rotor and features Integrated Clean-In-Place. It has a throughput of up to 200 GPM and has bearings on both the top and bottom of the rotor. I think you should email them and ask them for the Blueprints for free. I am sure after spending 20 mil dollars developing it they would be happy giving the BPs away to you for free... |

None sound like this company,"Ocean Therapy Solutions"..if anyone is interested in looking at the two pages of names, businesses, maybe a name will stand out, I'm not seeing anything.. [link to www.ghwlegal.com] which can clean water at a rate of 200 gallons per minute, more than 50 gallons faster than the well is leaking It seems that Costner is implying that a huge enough V20 CAPing the well would make this work. It seems that Costner might also have other gains if he plays it smart. NEW DRILLING TECHNOLOGY! Safer, better faster. From the deposit hole right in to the tanker hovering above. Though this kind of tech might actually throw a HUGE wrench at what the guys that installed Obama might actually have in mind.. |
