Retired Actress Amanda Bynes 'Fearful and Paranoid'
Paranoia and a failure to hold onto her childhood fame may have forced Amanda Bynes' abrupt retirement from acting this week, according to reports.

Bynes, best known for her roles as a child actress on Nickelodeon, made headlines when she announced on Twitter she would be retiring from acting at the age of 24.

"I don't love acting anymore so I've stopped doing it," she wrote, before later posting: "I know 24 is a young age to retire but you heard it here first I've #retired".

But an article published today on The Daily Beast website claims it is more of a case of Hollywood dumping Bynes, rather than the other way around.

Well, I think everyone goes through rough times. He should take herself out of the equation. Maybe she needs to get out into the real world for a while. Child stars have it hard. There's no normal.

I agree! I think child actresses have it easy too! Look at Drew Barrymore. She has zero talent and has her own jet. Fuck people who say girls that were child actresses have it hard! Whatever!!!

I think this little bitch is doing a publicity stunt. She makes money from gossip tabloids alone. Watch her star in a movie within the next 2 years.

I think we should be more concerned, cut from a camo is how the great child actor .. forgot his name .. but he was in a bunch of movies and sealab series, committed suicide. They should hold back a percentage of child actors earning for free mental help followup until they make a successful transition to adult films...
