It seems silly to think that some guy named Joshua will rise up and be some world teacher.

It is the only way to preserve the balance between King and Priest. So if we take the messiah, and vote on 144 Joshua's globally to have 1000 time voting power then it would be like having a King, yet also having a Theocratic Parliament. All the puppies are satisfied and every one gets a nipple.

Otherwise it'll just be a war of credibility. The true Jesus would think of something like this I guess, so if what I am saying resonates with you then take it as you will.

Perhaps there are those for whom Sanhedrin of Joshuas would not be sufficient? Surely he must have his "Mary"? Therefore we'd need to similarly empower 144 Mary's who are appropriately qualified.

So then we'd also need to have to Mohammed/Aisha representative (144 males and 144 females) each also given their x1000 voting factor in their elections. Their people would need to sway them one way of the other.

Then there'd have to be the Jacob/Rebbecca pairs for the Judaic crowd. 144 of each should do it.

Even with the numbers above, you'd have simply 144 times 6 which is 864 people given the power of 846,000 votes.

This could happen,overnight. It'd satisfy a lot of people and allow the present system to continue on a biblical path.
