Ode to Coffee
You start my day off warm and delightfully.
I've been drinking you for decades because you mean that much to me.
Sometimes you're just the java fix I need.
I hope you'll be with me and never leave.

Ode to coffee.

What do you have to say to coffee?

I wish they would lower the 5-6 cups to 2 cups a day to fight Alzheimer's.

Well you should keep in mind that the 5-6 "cups" are 8 ounce weak cups of coffee that might already translate to your home brew of 2 cups.

Re: Ode to Coffee
Coffee is probably 50% of my blood stream and I just spent the last 45 minutes thinking about how I can't wait to get to the deli and get me a nice big cup of coffee.

Luckily, I live in New York City where you can get coffee on almost any corner. I've actually been worried about moving somewhere that doesn't have delis every 50 feet.

There have been few constants in my life but coffee has always been there.

Now I NEED it, when I can leave work??

Re: Ode to Coffee
I know somebody who drinks way too much coffee. He told me he drinks about 10 extra large cups a day. He also told me he had a stroke from it and he's only 33; had the stroke when he was in his late 20s.
I can't stand to drink more than 2 cups in the morning... I find it makes me go to the bathroom too much.

Are you going to the party, are you going to the
Boston tea party, going to the party.
Fire in the mountains, flames upon the heath.
The Americans this afternoon are fighting in the streets.
The young men of them colonies have different tale to tell.
Of an English tax on tea in the colony.
And thats the reason all Americans drink coffee!
