Actually, quite a number of smokers were either not breastfeed or had to stop early OP. That does not mean they want to perform oral sex.
The psychology and the physiology of the human is quite interesting. Look up the research on smokers and you'll see.
I have researched it, and the oral fixation that cigs relieve is similar to the oral fixation of fellatio.
