Its pretty simple. The longest contract that one can enter is 99 years. They did not pick the date, its a matter of contract law. You have to ask yourself why they would not renew the contract? This I can assure you, they do not want to give up their control of the money. After all, the central banks were all born of Rothschild in one form or another.
