Todd Sees UFO Case, Northumberland, PA
My take on the Todd Sees UFO case is that it is total and complete BS.

I live in the area. During the time of the incident (2002) I travelled between Milton and Sunbury almost daily (route 147). My parents lived 4 houses from the local volunteer fire chief in Sunbury, I knew and know people in the local fire departments, paramedics, etc.

I never heard of this supposed UFO during that time. As a matter of fact such an incident was not the talk of the area during that time.

The case is likely still open because he died from a cocaine overdose. In the state of Pennsylvania it is homocide to deal drugs to someone who dies from the use of those drugs. The case is probably still open because the police hope to find the dealer (so nothing suspicious about an open case).

Anyone who lives in the greater susquehanna valley knows that cocaine is a big drug in the area, and it was especially big in the area during that time period. Anyone who works in the area knows that a great deal of people do coke in order to handle the demands of production and high numbers of hours worked.

My research of the incident reveals that the first initial UFO report came from Lewisburg - a college town where Bucknell University is (a school known for parties and fraternities).

My exgirlfriend's family lived on 4th street in Lewisburg and she also had many friends in Lewisburg. Her uncle worked for one of the local frat houses - I attended some of the parties, especially during rush week in August. I don't know who reported the incident, but given that knowledge I would seriously have to wonder.

It was a hot day. Do you know what cocaine and excessive heat and exertion can do to a person?

Also, objects seen in the sky would be a constant thing. There is the local airport in Sunbury and at least one more airport in Selinsgrove. If you look up in the sky around this area you will almost always see something and it will look strange if you 1) don't know what you are looking at and 2) happen to be looking at an aircraft during sunrise or sunset or any number of conditions.

Like I said, that is my take, being someone who has lived in the area all my life (35 years). I believe this unfortunate event is being used to further the UFO "cause."

One final note. Most UFO cases are reported by and believed in by those who are or were involved in occult spiritual practices (just do the research and check the beliefs of the sources of these reports). Such practices are common in this area - just sayin'.

The only strange things around this area are:

1) All the masonic stuff and the very special lodge in Sunbury.
2) The address of the Northumberland County Children and Youth Services building - 322
3) All the Rockefellar and Oppenheimer tombstones.
4) The local haunted locations
5) The occassional Bigfoot sighting
6) and whatever the hell that was that jumped out of the Susquehanna River that night at the Milton State Park that had a huge wake and had such a big head that I literally turned around and ran straight into a tree in total fear as I fled to escape it as it chased me and my friend.

The guy that wrote the article down grading the Todd Sees case is obviously afraid to think outside the box on his own, maybe he is just plain ignorant. There are things he doesnt have a clue about concerning the case.About 7 in all that were kept from the media.I am a retired police officer and if it was cocaine it could be determined with a very simple test.No need to send a body away for 6 weeks, especially if it had the amount of cocain described. The only person wrong here is you..

Great message, mate. I was thinking the same thing. You have 3 types of people in the world. (1) those with closed minds, who believe in what the masses (of other close-minded people) tell them to believe. They aren't capable of thinking for themselves, nor do they wish to. (2) those with open minds. These people don't buy into what the masses tell them to believe. They think for themselves, do the research into what they're curious about, and make up their own minds. (3) those who don't really care one way or another. The guy who wrote this article fits the #1 type of person to a tee. Sad. But I guess he's comfortable with his small town, brainwashed belief system.

Too bad.

There hasn't been a credible UFO case in many years.
