Is the government involved in gang stalking in a run-up to dictatorship?

The government is a gang, always was ... so this is no surprise.

The head of the STASI was hired by DHS. I dont have his name off the top of my head, but he is in a top spot in DHS. Its in the news if someone has time to google it.
