LOL....you morans act like this is something new. This has always been policy...WTF did you all do before the internet made you totally paranoid and stupid?
This has not "always" been policy. Even if it had been, a stupid policy that violates a person's right to life, liberty, and happiness is worth getting rid of.
Your pathetic ramblings and ignorance of the continued abuses of states of emergency show you to be either stupid or a deliberate liar.
Really, you want to check that out before you make a total ass of yourself.
Check out the history of this statute......N.C. General Statute 14-288.7 and tell me this is something new....Jackass, it's been on the books since 1969
