Just popping in to say Hi! Still visit because I need a dose of ST In BG Wisdom!

I, too, have been feeling the changes. Lately, I go into very deep sleeps - an hour or two feels like a minute. Foods are more disruptive. Sometimes when I come out of sleeps/spontaneous meditation I see and feel my "body" coming back into mu physical body. Occasionally, it is accompanied by whoosing of air like someone(s) is leaving as I awake.

FYI - The electromagnet field has been dimishing according to the K index:
