The Orion and Sirian alliance on this planet are the major players when it comes to genetic manipulation here. You know that as well as I, and there are others as well.
These are all attempts at producing sub servient beings who reproduce, serve as slaves, and a source of food. No mincing words here, we both know the purpose of the red cross.
But, what this alliance cannot fathom - this planet is home to the simultaneous path. This group of beings who are preparing to graduate, have incarnations in very advanced stages, that will burn out all dna command structures.
What will work on a sequential world, will not work on this simultaneous world. Your higher up geneticists know this is the simultaneous world, and have tested many things, thinking they will get it right.
They will never get it right, but, they will create more havoc in their attempts. The spiritual trumps anything physical, and graduation is such an important step, that the higher self will directly intervene, if certain key incarnations path is threatened.
Havoc on this planet is primarily minion activity. These are incarnations who's animating source is the planetary spirit. These incarnations do not belong on the hu-man path, but, due to the ramped up breeding, it has become neccesary for the planetary spirit to animate them. They are body orientated, no high spiritual inclinations or desires. They return to animal behaviour when pushed.
This situation is not by accident, it was intended by your geneticists. Now, about 70% of the population is minion. This enables the sequentialization process to a one world atmosphere to proceed virtually unchallenged. Minions simply do not give a damn, as long as they are provided for with body entertainment, food and shelter.
But, this is a fatal error on the part of the controllers. This is an attack on the planetary spirit's path. It's incarnations are not to be in hu-man form, in the massive numbers on this planet. This higher self of the nature realm is in motion for it's own graduation. This planet will be a lifeless rock shortly.

They did not deny there were severe challenges and
injterventions, genetic manipulations and some of
them they do not agree with, however, they told,
the challenge is no excuse to wait for rescue or
to blame those who did put the challenge in place.
They did like for some reason to use movies to
illustrate the idea.
On of them is Reddick and the necromancers. He was
the only survivor of his race, the Furians. He did
fight against the necromancers who did do the same
thing as the Borgs in another sense. His task
was almost impossible to achieve and still, by
the persistance, he was able to finally be their King
to conquer the old monarch.
The challenge is no excuse to sit and blame the one who did put the challenge in place.
Personally I really doubt the Zeta race, which is, if I undersstand correctly, partly insectoid and in their history dominated by the reptilian races, where able
to fix the problem, if they did, in my humble opinion,
a failed genetic experiment on human beings.
If the first genetic manipulation was such a mess,
why the Zeta want to use the genetic base to make
hybrids ?
Honestly I prefer to merge back with those who did do
the first genetic manipulations, personally, because
as EGO, I feel more connected to the human body,
the Nordic body, the Peiedean human type, the Lyra body
as the Insectoid body.
Personnally I prefer the human race would develop more towards a deeper understand of emotions as of thought.
The mental evolution of the Zeta did lead to a level, they
did messed up their natural reproduction as they did take a big distance from 'emotions' in general.
So now they want to fix up.
Well, this is my understandings so far.
I do known those who were I talking with, are NOT
from Sirius/Orion. Some are related to Andromeda
as others are something like ...Warenders ?
Anyway.
Personally I think there is still a rescue for humankind.
But for that people need to take things in hands, because
the wealthy, neither those in control will do.
But their system will collapse, that is for sure.
So they better adapt and try to correct.
It will make their punishment less severe.
