How can all the players be in on it and none of it ever slip out through them telling family members etc?

**Not All The Players Are ... "In On It" !! ... Only Those Certain Ones ... Who Need To Know !! ... Of Which They Realize ... It Is Much Better To ... Play Along & Not Argue ... The Honor Of The Game ... (Taking Comfort ... It Is Only For "Entertainment" !!) ... Receiving A Large Paycheck ... Then Bringing Up This Issue With Family & Friends ... And Especially In Public ... To Find Oneself With No Money Coming In ... & Perhaps An "Accident"
Happening ... To Oneself ... Or Their Loved Ones !!

How come in hockey they get so emotional and into fights and such when its just a fixed game they are playing.

This doesn't make sense to me as to fix the games all the players/coaches and everyone have to be in on it.
