My brother and I are both empaths and we know another individual who is. He also has been abducted by extraterrestrials on more than one occasion.

I believe there were extraterrestrials poking around my
residence a week ago. I heard unearthly noises from outside my window and I heard infrequent, broken footsteps outside my window.

To clarify, outside my bedroom window is a gravel driveway. If a person were to walk up to my bedroom window from the street, I would hear their footsteps consistently moving up to my window. However, that night I would hear 3 foot steps every 10 minutes or so. This occurred 4 - 6 times. I also had the strangest bodily sensation, like something was nearby..

I was not able to achieve mental contact with any beings that night.

At one point I was disconnected empathically from one of my
friends, and was wondering how it happened.
