I guess nobody here speaks or reads Hebrew, nor understands it.

You need to use the whole statement. You have MIS translated the verse and taken it out of context.
B'rishit: In the beginning
Bara: created
Elohim: Gods
Et-hashamayim: the heavens
V'aretz: and the earth
Elohim is indeed plural. It is PROOF of a GODHEAD, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Hebrew does NOT express gramatically like English.
You say "dog black" "kelev shachor' for a black dog.
"In the beginning, created God, the heavens and the earth."
This is normal hebrew grammar and sytax.
