Bob's a bit of a dramatist, but he's essentially correct.

All the central banks have tons of the gold. There is no shortage, thus no fake gold.

That is quite a swindle but the biggest by far was the Federal Reserve stealing trillions from the American future taxpayers and still going strong stealing even more to bail out too big to fail banks.
