Yeah I love it when I find and mine some obsidian, have a diamond pick and all that then a creeper blows up near me and I take a lava bath.

I was quite surprised when my 13 year old fell in love with this game cause it's just a lot of hard work all the time!?

He's an expert now, and I don't mind cause he learns a LOT.
He's even planning to try out his knowledge for real this summer - building some sort of cabin in the woods. :)
