Well, yes and no. Most green scooters are banned because they have no purpose other than to ride aimlessly in the park . Scooters with high capacity tires are banned regardless of color. You can't own a full auto scooter unless you pay out the ass for licensing and are willing to submit to random inspections from the BATS. Same goes for noise suppressors.
