I don't think it predicts anything since I believe these cards are used by the elites and inspire them and have been in their plans before 911 and the info was given to the card maker and they liked it so much they kept it as a novelty to even inspire when they decide to act through playing the game themselves

Did you ever think aliens are simply their genetic experimentation, and what if some cloned kid was born and raised on Titan or Mars. He/she/it would in effect be an alien. IMO, if there are aliens, they are hybrid clones that were raised or farmed or whatever elsewhere.
