Your mind is a muscle.
It needs proper exercise to get stronger.
Start small, like create a project that will take about a week to finish, and make sure you finish it. Enjoy what you are doing. When you've done that a couple of times, the couple days become a week.
Then, choose a project that will take a couple of weeks, and make sure you finish it...and so on.
You can strengthen your mind and expand your attention span.
