Pandas will rule the world says scientist

Don't you think the Panda has gambled that a symphathetic species will figure out it's reproduction and take it on board? The effort, the enormity of the effort (!) has been handed to man, watch the Panda become the main!

I'm inclined to believe that penguins will rule the world.

sure pandas are cute as shit but so much money is being wasted trying to preserve them. they will only be a captive animal because by the time they get enough of em to reintroduce them they will have diminished natural instincts.

They live in a country in the midst of industrialization, in forests that are being destroyed in order to house the massive amount of people in china, they only produce a maximum of one child a year as opposed to other species... and evidently they taste excellent too, which is kinda another strike against them.

i wanna see one before they all go extinct but it IS going to happen.
