There are many different technologies that assist. If they want you zapped, they can do it anytime. But, I'm pretty sure there is a way to counter the attach. Once you are aware and you hear the tone, you can undo it. The mind can be manipulated yes, but that goes both ways. :-)

Should I be stopping people I see wearing those bluetooth things and warn them? They'll probably see me as a kook.

I had one cool experience though, I wouldnt attribute it to any illuminati, maybe aliens. But i woke up and swung my legs over the bed. I was thinking about my day. suddenly this electric pulse zaps thru my head, I can still hear it to this day. Just like a wigged out television being zapped. All my thoughts going back so many seconds was erased, poof, gone ! Instant amnesia...
