To take it a step further, look at your inner council/self. Native Americans work with what is called the Medicine Wheel. They use it for outside council and inside.

The medicine wheel restores all life by reenacting an ancient rite of making a sacred circle, a holy(whole) place to remind all to live in good relationship with all life in this universe....becomes a vortex of energy as all life forces are honored.

In the center of everything is null.

OMG.......Thank god I'm not the only one that does this. I ask to be shown things all the time. I thought I may be the only one. Also do this when I'm out walking in the woods. I usually get to see a bird I have wanted to see, or a hawk....See lots of those. I am always thankful and say it out loud. lol Hopefully nobody hears me say that.
