I´ve been living in the UK for a few years years now.

Well, what I can say is that most Brits I´ve met are bitter, miserable and racists. They hate their country but still belive they are better than the rest of the world for being born there. Their educational and cultural level is very low, one of the lowest in Europe according to recent studies.

I belive that bad weather and bad food is mainly what makes them so sad. But also, and I think they share this with the US, it is their competitive and violent culture what makes them so unhappy. They are constantly comparing themselves and measure their personal value on how productive they are.

They are also very self-contained when sober, this keeps them from enjoying life and makes them prone to alcoholism. They are in the middle of huge crisis of values as well and it is so sad to see them blame inmigration for that. The diversity in the UK is to me the only cultural wealth they have (introducing hooliganism in sports and bullying at school and work is not a cultural heritage to me).

I´m hoping to leave this place before I become as sad as them.
