Beans are good protein. Salt and Flour you can make biscuits. Sugar is pretty obvious. Get buckets from doughnut shops. They are food grade, come with lids and are cheap. |

Further in the future is better. Stay away from anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup (poison). Stay away from anything with partially hydrogenated oils (poison). Stay away from things needing refrigeration. Get a good multivitamin. You need 4000 IU of vitamin D a day -- you might have to buy this vitamin in a dedicated tablet because few makers provide sufficient vitamin D in their multivitamin formulation. |
