I normally have agreed with you. Was it the Southern Baptist explaination that you don't agree with? The only unpardonable sin is against the holy ghost. It was my understanding that the legislation was flawed in that it singled out Islam. Had it been written differently, it would likely still be in effect there. Hopefully other states who do this will have better legal advice and their legislation will stand.

The penalty for violating any of the Noahide Laws is spelled out on page 1192 of the Encyclopedia Judaica, "... violation of any one of the seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation."
