I've noticed that the last several large flares we've had have been all over MSM, this one I've heard nothing? My workers phones have been down all afternoon- AT&T,it rings once then says good bye, they aren't sure what the problem is(AT&T that is)!

Rings a couple times, starts the message then goes to a busy signal. Needless to say, he has a couple of frustrated customers. One took 3 attempts before getting through. Is he on a 4G network?
