Congress relinquished their power with Bush, and the WAR has not ended. Not that there was a formal Declaration of War anyway, but congress gave the president the power when we went into Iraq. That power transferred to Obama.

Why do you think the troops haven't been home. If the war never ends, they can do as they've been doing... anywhere and everywhere.

If we rise up against our illegal govt., and authorties start shooting demonstrators and the nations of the world vote in the UN to take military action to stop the US from killing it's own citizens. Would Barry consider that a "mandate" and have the military blow itself up? Would Barry flee to Cmp David with all the Ft Knox gold and a few thousand troops loyal to him? Weird huh !
