If you'll read the original story,also in the op you will find that this ban includes the niqab,which in Arabic literally means MASK...its common sense ac,can you wear a MASK to the bank or shop with one on? Of course not

Since we are on the subject of 'rights': What about the rights of others that visit Muslim countries? There are none for us 'infidels'. I'm pretty certain that because I'm not a Muslim, I'd have to cover my head since I'm a woman. They want rights everywhere else, but will not even grant permission for Christian churches to exist on their land.

Except this ban doesn't only apply to shops and banks, which are private institutions and therefore can enforce their own rules about not allowing bike helmets etc. It applies to any public place.

Would you support American politicians banning people covering their faces in any public place?

It's OK for them (Muslims) to build fu**ing great big Mosques over here in the UK that make our town centres look like disneyland with their great big gold domes, playing stupid wailing sounds every day.

But if we wanted to build a Church over in their country, we would be told very quickly where to shove it! You can't even hold hands with your Wife in a public place over in the Middle East as it's against their laws. So if we don't like it, we don't go on bloody holiday or want to live there!

If they didn't go around dressed like that wearing bombs and blowing up people, then maybe they would get some relaxation on the rules.

Each Country has it's own set of laws and rules and if you don't like it, don't go there, it's basic common sense!
