I've tracked X-37B all day and nailed its orbital position several times between 04:00 am UTC and 16:40 pm UTC and matched the flight history with the last updated chart of EQ's sequences on Asia, within this period:

All EQs today, in the east coast of Honshu, are fully synchronized with X-37B path correction interval.

I'm 99% convinced that this drone-shuttle is triggering regular EQs in Japan.
