If you don't consume 60-90 grams of protein a day, routine cell replacement for vital organs MUST continue and your body WILL cannibalize the protein from your skeletal muscles to keep them healthy.

About 1.5 grams of protein for every kilo of LEAN body weight every day or else.

Cool. I've been eating tuna right out of the can for 40 years. Get physicals every year with full lab workups and they DO check for metals levels because of my occupation and I've always been trace to zero everything bad.

Not convinced the mercury scare is real because I should have 30 pounds of mercury in me and I've got zero.
