Report Copyright Violation | My parents were in an accident approximately 1 year ago in St. Louis. A little over $4K in rear end collision damage done to their car. My dad's medical bills are $14K and my mothers are $13K. Both had significant soft tissue damage and were treated approximately 1 year. My dad was told he has a permanent disability related to his neck injuries by both his doctor and an independent doctor the insurance company had him go to. Insurance company is in the process of providing a rear end collision settlement. Wondering what is reasonable and if they should get a lawyer. Both are over the age of 70. |

I was rear ended.I had a surgery,need another.I have a lawyer.This morning a pre settlement loan attorney called me and told me I had a very complicated medical history.But that I also had a very good case.I did have a prior pre existing injury with surgery.None the less they are willing to give me a rather large chuck of change or money before the settlement of trial.Which is a ways tells me I will be compensated for the injuries.Its in underwriting now.I should get the money as soon as the funding lawyer,and my lawyer sigh the papers.If I win,I pay them back about two to three more thousand that I am loaned,if I lose I pay nothing back.I guess I got my answer about if I will get compensated.more then likely.
