Is there a particular reason why Rupert Murdoch basically announced his media war on Scientology? Even non-Murdoch papers are really ridiculing the cult since his tweet about how evil and weird they are.

Had a crazy dream about an earthquake somewhere along either the Mississippi River or in Texas. It killed 5,000 in one state. In the dream I was at a local Wal-Mart, and it was a strong enough earthquake to shake and scare the shit out of everyone in there. Southern folk are drama queens tho.

As someone who is not a republican I have to fervently disagree with your statement, "its all about the money." Actually, it's about not having to give your LABOR/TIME to someone else without you actually wanting to give. Forced altruism? I'm sure you understand: time/labor = money. Thus, it's not money people don't want to give, it's the 100s of hours of time/labor people don't want to give to some hump that sits at home and collects for doing nothing.

Oh, and since you're supposedly an elite...you can relate, right?

I'm talking about conservative leaders. Corporations will lose money through universal healthcare. Holding a magnifying glass up to what health insurance corporations do is the LAST thing they want. Trust me - they're screwing you over. Not just a little. But ALOT. Corporations have money they worked for, and this makes up 60% of their assets. The other 40% came from so much pillaging it would shame pirates.

Don't like funding forced altruism? How about funding forced murder? I'd rather fund universal healthcare so America can be moreso a country of humps, degenerates, and slackers than wasting billions of $ so America can make pretend enemies to invade (can't let those military contract jobs die!). If America invested as much resources into healthcare as we did kill-care (bombing countries and rebuilding them), then the average American would live to be 140. Don't get me wrong! I enjoy our military budget, since it pushes a currently evil agenda. However, I'm speaking from a moral standpoint.

I found it extraordinary how far from ordinary reality Reps in the US will go in order to justify "kill care" and to stop opportunities for a true welfare state, as long as I lived there.
